Verification Instructions

For mobile phone users with texting capability (Standard text messaging rates will apply):

  1. Enter your email and mobile phone number kept on-file with NISTAC.com
  2. Click the "Get PIN" button
  3. A temporary PIN will be sent to your mobile phone
  4. Enter the Temporary PIN sent to your mobile phone in the box labeled “Enter Temp PIN Here
  5. Click "Get Temp Password"
  6. Use this temporary password to log into NISTAC.com
  7. You will be automatically prompted to change your password once successfully logged into NISTAC.com

 

For mobile phone users without texting capability or active users without a mobile phone number on file:

To update user credentials and manually send your new temporary password:
